Multi-coloured band brocaded in wool

The centre of the fragment has retained a decorative band that is brocaded, a technique enabling balanced geometric patterns to be achieved. Blue, pink and red triangles alternate on either side with a yellow zigzag. Two lines, yellow above and blue below, surround the band.
